Located in the Verandah House area of Key West Village, this multistory villa is also close to the neighboring Italian Village. While these are sold as gardenview rooms, it’s important to note that many also offer a peek of the ocean from the top-floor balcony.
With three true bedrooms accommodating families of up to eight guests, the villa functions more like a standalone vacation residence than a traditional resort suite.
Each room offers additional privacy, which for multi-generational families traveling together becomes even more valuable when coordinating different schedules, bedtimes, and morning routines.
Best of all, Beaches Butler Service transforms not only the living experience inside your villa but your vacation as a whole. Your personal butler team handles dining reservations, secures preferred beach or pool seating each day, arranges in-villa meals from any of the resort’s restaurants, and manages special requests.

For the price, unless you truly need the fourth bedroom, we often prefer the three-bedroom layout. It offers substantial square footage, excellent separation of living spaces, and the full benefits of Butler service.
