Beaches Turks & Caicos Room Guide: All 53 Explained

Hi! We’re Jonathan and Angela Patton, the Sandals Chairman’s Royal Club Diamond Elite advisory team behind Rivage Travel and Best Caribbean Resorts. We’ve booked over 2,800 Sandals and Beaches vacations and have stayed at Beaches Turks & Caicos eleven times, and counting. This is the room guide we walk clients through before they book.

Beaches Turks & Caicos has 53 room categories across six villages, which is a number that can easily be overwhelming, but it shouldn’t.

Today, we’re going to cover every room, organized by village. For each one, you’ll find the room code, service level, and a link to the complete room page. If you want to filter and compare categories side by side, the Compare Rooms tool is faster. If you want our top picks, those are on the pages linked throughout.

One note before we begin: several guides still describe Beaches Turks & Caicos as having four or five villages. The correct number is six with the Seaside Village sitting inside the Caribbean Village. Treasure Beach Village opened in March 2026, is fully operational, and has eleven room categories of its own.

Let’s get started!

How Room Levels Work at Beaches Turks & Caicos

Every room falls into one of three service levels, and the village determines where you are on the resort. Here is what each level represents and how they’re defined.

Beaches Luxury Level is the entry category and is available only in Caribbean Village and French Village. You’ll have a patio or balcony, a stocked mini-fridge, and standard inclusions, but no access to the concierge team, no in-room bar or in-room dining. For families who spend the day at the beach or water park and treat the room as a place to sleep, Luxury rooms are a great place to start.

Beaches Concierge Level is available in all six villages. It adds a stocked in-room bar, robes, access to the Concierge team and lounge featuring afternoon hors d’oeuvres, and concierge-assisted restaurant reservations. Most of our clients book Concierge or Butler level at Beaches Turks and Caicos.

Butler Elite is available in Caribbean Village, Seaside Village, Italian Village, Key West Village, and Treasure Beach. French Village has no Butler rooms. Butler level adds a personal butler team assigned to your suite or villa, private airport transfers in an SUV, priority restaurant access, and 24-hour in-room dining.

For a complete comparison of what each level includes and when the upgrade is worth it, see our Concierge vs. Butler guide.

Beaches Turks and Caicos: Treasure Beach Rooms (11 Categories)

Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos opened in March 2026. It’s the newest village on the property, and has been designed for larger families and multi-generational groups. Every room category has two, three, or four bedrooms, and there are no single-bedroom rooms in Treasure Beach.

All rooms face the pool area, but many also have a great view of Grace Bay beach. If a direct ocean view from your room is a must on your list, check with us first so we can get you exactly what you’re looking for. Higher floors in Buildings 1 through 4 have oceanview balconies; ground floor rooms face the pool and gardens.

Treasure Beach Village is directly on Grace Bay beach alongside the newest zero-entry lagoon pool. It has its own dining options, including Butch’s Island Chophouse and Pinta Food Hall, which is a collection of five restaurants in one building. One of the most popular villa categories, the CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villa is already booking twelve or more months out for peak windows. If this room is of interest to your family, reach out to us so we can walk you through all of the advantages it has to offer, including the chef-curated in-villa dining experiences.

Beaches Turks and Caicos: Seaside Village Rooms (4 Categories)

Seaside is not a separate village, it’s a sub-section inside Caribbean Village, and are the rooms closest to Grace Bay Beach.

The Seaside One Bedroom Concierge Villa Suites (G1) were renovated in late 2025 and this is one of our top recommendations inside the Caribbean Village.

Travel Tip: As of June 2026, the East Wing of the Caribbean Village is currently undergoing a Beaches 2.0 renovation, followed by the West Wing upon completion.

Beaches Turks and Caicos: Caribbean Village Rooms (6 Categories)

The Caribbean Village is the original village at Beaches Turks and Caicos and is the most centrally positioned. You’re within walking distance of the dive shop, main lobby, and several of the best restaurants, as Schooners and Sapodilla’s are both here. The Caribbean buildings are three stories, which gives the village a more grounded, residential feel compared to Italian.

The price range is the widest of any village, from entry-level Luxury rooms to a Butler penthouse. The Seaside rooms, which are physically within Caribbean Village, are listed separately in this room guide and are among the closest accommodations to the water on the entire property.

Beaches Turks and Caicos: Italian Village Rooms (14 Categories)

The Italian Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos is the most family-centric section of the resort. It has the most active pool on the resort which is where most of the resorts afternoon activities take place. The Italian village pool does get busy by midday, but the resort staff does a good job at keeping unoccupied chairs available for families.

Every Concierge-level family suite in Italian Village has the same layout: a separate kids’ room with bunk beds and a trundle, closed off from the primary bedroom by a pocket door. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a sleeper sofa. Butler suites connect to a full living room and kitchen, accommodating up to ten to twelve guests.

The poolside walkout rooms are a great option as your terrace is directly at the pool’s edge so you’re always just steps away from it.

Beaches Turks and Caicos: Key West Village Rooms (14 Categories)

The Key West Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos is the quietest part of the resort. There’s not much nightlife to speak of here, and most rooms come with a washer and dryer, which is a great bonus for families. This village also offers the largest room on the entire resort: the four-bedroom beachfront villa with private plunge pool. Every room in Key West is Concierge or Butler level, so you will not find a Beaches Luxury level room here.

Key West is also where the dedicated baby area is located, which was built for non-walking infants.

The four-bedroom beachfront villa books twelve to eighteen months out for peak travel seasons, so we recommend contacting us early if this is a top consideration for your family.

Beaches Turks and Caicos: French Village Rooms (5 Categories)

The French Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos is the farthest from the beach so you’re about 5 min away depending on how fast you walk. The rooms are refreshed for 2026, quieter, and priced better than the beachfront sections. It works best for families who plan to spend the day at the pool, water park, or around the resort. If your plan is to use the room primarily to sleep, then this is a great option to consider.

For families with children of napping age, it’s probably not our top recommendation, especially if you’ll be mostly around the beach. One thing to note, the French Village has no Butler rooms, only Luxury and Concierge.

Worth noting: most evening entertainment is held in the French Village, which puts you close to the action at night but can mean more noise as  compared to Key West or the Caribbean Village.
